Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

Refunds can be requested by learners who encounter technical issues accessing a course on the app or website, or those who do not receive promised course resources. Refunds are also applicable to learners who accidentally purchase a course instead of another CareerGori course. Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of payment and are subject to a verification process.

 

To request a refund, learners who have paid for an individual or bundle course should call +8801711199955 (10 AM – 10 PM) and provide the email address or phone number used to sign up and purchase the course. A customer support representative will SMS a form to officially submit the refund request, which will require details regarding the purchase. Refunds will only be considered valid if requested within 48 hours of purchase and if the user clearly specifies their email address and phone number used during registration. Please note that refunds do not apply to e-books, and a refund for subscription-based courses will not be applicable if a refund request is submitted after class has started for that course.

 

Refunds will be made through the same medium the customer used to make the payment, or in the form of a voucher within 7-14 working days of successful processing and approval of the refund request by CareerGori. The confirmation will be emailed to the user.

 

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

 

Complaint or refund requests submitted after 48 hours from the date of purchase.

If the learner has already earned their Course Certificate within the 48-hour complaint period.

If the learner files a complaint within the 48-hour complaint period and earns the course certificate within the next 7-day refund period.

If the learner completes an activity, such as playing a video, taking a quiz or test, or downloading materials for the specific course, and proceeds with the course after requesting a refund.

If the learner completes more than 5 premium/paid videos before requesting a refund.

If the learner purchased an e-book.

If the learner purchased a subscription-based course and the class has started for that course.

 

Refunds will be applicable in the following cases:

 

If the learner made a wrong purchase or wishes to purchase another course, a transfer to another course can be done by providing a voucher. If the price of the new course is higher than the purchased course, the user will have to pay the additional amount to CareerGori by their preferred payment method. If the price of the new course is lower than the purchased course, the user will receive a refund of the additional amount from CareerGori by the payment medium through which the course was purchased.

 

If CareerGori fails to provide the promised course resources.

If the learner mistakenly purchased a live class instead of a recorded class, or vice versa.

 

Once a refund request has been submitted, the enrolled course will be temporarily locked, and CareerGori will notify the learner through SMS if the refund request has been accepted within 3 working days of receiving the request. After a refund request has been accepted, the learner will be unenrolled from the course, and their progress will be removed. If the learner wishes to purchase the course again, they will have to start the course from the very beginning.

 

It may take up to 7-14 working days for the funds to return to the user’s account after a requested refund. If it has been longer than 14 working days, the user should call +8801711199955 (10 AM – 10 PM). Once the refund has been processed, the user will receive a confirmation email/SMS to their registered email/phone number.
